This 30-minute class introduces you to a gentle way to calm your mind, ease your body, and gets you in a space to meditate - even if you're not a meditator!

 Even though this class is easy, if at any point you're holding your breath, or holding muscles you notice you don't need to, ease back and find the most comfortable stretch. Enjoy!
